QuikReport reads the Excel working files your team already produces and generates the complete report PowerPoint (every table, chart, comparison and narrative) exactly the way you format it by hand today.
Free for 14 days, no card required. Then priced per report pack. Regenerate as often as you like, cancel anytime.
Drag in the recurring working files your team already produces: sales, operations, projects, finance, any tabular data. Each file is parsed the moment it lands.
Every figure is extracted, validated and cross-checked automatically. Edit rationale and commentary inline.
A complete, presentation-ready PowerPoint in your branding, with tables, charts, trendlines and narratives included.
Every deck is built slide by slide from your numbers: comparison tables, charts with trendlines, and written commentary. Shown here: a monthly performance pack with fictional figures. The same engine automates any recurring report.
Variance tables, formatted your way
Charts and trendlines, drawn automatically
Output closed 3.3k units ahead of target, driven by Line 3 returning to full capacity in March.
Downtime ran 21% over on scheduled maintenance brought forward from May.
Narratives written from the numbers
Reporting working files are sensitive. QuikReport is designed so they never linger.
Your Excel working files are parsed in a temporary workspace and deleted the moment the numbers are extracted, even if parsing fails. Nothing you upload is kept.
Generated decks live in your own account library. Every client is isolated: no other account can list, preview or download your reports.
Reports are kept for re-download for 90 days, then expire automatically. No forgotten company data sitting on a server.
QuikReport is SSM-registered (202603123642 (SA0652701-D)) with published terms, privacy and refund policies, and a PDPA-aligned approach to personal data.
Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required. Pay for the report packs you deliver. Iterate and regenerate freely.

Sign up with your email (or Google) and you get 14 days free with Starter features: 1 report type, 1 report pack, unlimited regenerations. No card required and nothing to cancel. When the trial ends, upgrade to keep generating, or simply walk away.
Your recurring Excel working files (.xlsx): schedules, workings and forecasts for whatever your report covers. Files are recognised the moment you drop them in, and every figure is extracted and cross-checked automatically.
The Starter plan uses the standard QuikReport mapping. Professional and Enterprise include custom mapping set up against your actual workbook layout. Enterprise comes with onboarding alongside your team.
Yes. On Professional and above you upload your master PowerPoint template once, and every deck generates straight into it: logos, colours and layouts included. Your templates stay private to your account.
They are deleted immediately after the numbers are extracted. Only the generated PowerPoint is stored, in your private library, for 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling picture.
A report type is one distinct recurring report you automate: an ops KPI pack, a monthly management deck, a board summary. A report pack is one generated period of it, for example, the April edition. Regenerating the same period is free and unlimited on every plan, so you can iterate until the numbers and narratives are right.
Billing is monthly in MYR. Pay by card straight from your account menu. Checkout and card handling are done by Stripe, so no card details ever touch our servers. Enterprise can also pay by invoice and bank transfer. Refund terms are published on our Refund Policy page. Email [email protected] and we aim to respond within 3 business days.
“QuikReport began inside a real monthly reporting cycle: assembling the same 40-slide deck by hand, every month, from the same working files. I built the tool I wished we had: one that reads the workbooks and produces the deck the way the team would, so reporting ends with review, not formatting.”
