Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Subscription fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated below.

2. Report Packs & One-Time Purchases

• Report packs and one-time purchases are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once a report pack has been used or access has been granted.
• If a charge is faulty, materially not as described, or made in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be granted where:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item.
• A paid feature or service was not delivered due to a fault on our side and could not be resolved.
• A refund is required under applicable Malaysian law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, order or invoice reference, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and to assess them within 14 business days.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to appear.
