Plans & billing

• Starter, RM599/month: 1 report type, 1 report pack per month, standard template.
• Professional, RM1,499/month: up to 5 report types, unlimited packs, your own branded template, priority support.
• Enterprise, from RM3,500/month: unlimited report types and packs, multiple templates, onboarding with your team.

All prices are in MYR, billed monthly. Additional report packs on Starter are RM349 each and appear on your next invoice.

Payment

Pay by card straight from your account menu or the plans page. Checkout and card handling are done by Stripe, so no card details ever touch our servers. Enterprise can also pay by monthly invoice and bank transfer, quoting the invoice number as the payment reference. Your plan, billing period and usage are visible in your account.

Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund terms are published in our Refund Policy. Email [email protected] with your invoice reference and we aim to acknowledge within 3 business days.
