A file was not recognised

Check the file is .xlsx and follows your usual naming convention (including the month and year). Files that cannot be identified are skipped with a message rather than guessed at.

Validation warnings on generate

Warnings list the exact sheet and figure that did not tie out. Fix the source workbook and re-drop the file. Parsing is instant, and regeneration is free.

"Monthly report pack allowance reached"

You have generated a new reporting period beyond your plan’s monthly allowance. Regenerating existing periods is always free; a new period needs an additional pack (RM349 on Starter) or an upgrade. Email [email protected] and we will sort it the same day.

Cannot sign in

• Check the email address matches the one your account was set up with.
• Using Microsoft or Google sign-in: the button appears only when enabled, and your work email must match your QuikReport account email.
